With a wide range of sports on offer, including wheelchair team sports, individual events in athletics track and field, racket sports and other adaptive sports, it is also developing additional sports for 2025 onward.

Gary Callier, founder of Police UK Disability Sport CIC, said: “Having already started to stage sporting events, our efforts now turn towards the creation of the National Police Disability Sports Leagues as well as working in partnership with other organisations and charities to deliver the first International Police Disability Sports Games as early as 2026.

Lifetime Membership is free and comes with a range of benefits, including free online physiotherapy support.

Upcoming events include: Sunday May 12 – Sitting Volleyball v Team GB; Saturday June 1 – Wheelchair Basketball v London Titans; and Saturday and Sunday August 3 and 4 – Multi-sport event.
