Organisational charting tool helps forces manage workforce structure

Staffordshire Police is the latest force to deploy organisational charting technology to manage its workforce structure and reduce administration costs. OrgPlus Enterprise enables police HR teams to automate organisation charts and use workforce data from the main HR system to produce visual employee directories.
