Motorola will supply new Gateway/Repeater technology to TETRA customers after linking with Cleartone who manufacture and supply VHF and UHF radio communications products for the emergency services both in the UK and overseas. The Gateway/Repeater will work seamlessly with Motorolas existing TETRA systems.
The new technology will deliver significant benefits and added features to public safety, military, transportation and other TETRA radio users through a common user interface and feature set. This will result in more effective training and support.
