CareWorks will formally announce its new fully web-enabled case management system for Youth Offending Services at the Annual Youth Justice Convention, Wembley Conference Centre this month.

The new ‘CareWorks YOT’ system has been developed in full partnership with Youth Offending Teams – including the City of Birmingham, the City of Nottingham, and Cheshire – from around the UK. CareWorks YOT is accessible via a standard web browser, making it easy for mobile workers to use the system ‘in the field’. It also features superior reporting capabilities and all the standard forms that users need to complete in the course of their work.
