Detective Sergeants Nevill Caldecourt and Peter Allbut were accused of overcharging for flat rentals in Leeds.
Also accused, Detective Constable Daren Pooley, his wife Nicola and her sister Michelle Butler, all deny conspiracy to defraud and will face trial in October. Mrs Butlers husband Stephen admitted the charge in May.
