Zepcam, which specialises in wearable video technology, has released the Zepcam T1, a body-worn video system that is capable of live streaming over 3G and Wi-fi networks.

The system is intended to increase employee security, create better situational awareness for command and control decisions, gather better video evidence, and enable remote engineering.

The T1 has an extended battery life (ten hours continuous recording and 30 hours standby) and live video can be viewed remotely. It includes the network and video view solution (browser-based).

Integration into command and control rooms is easy to set up and a Zepcam Video Server is available as managed cloud solution or as server software package for a client-managed server.
