New and emerging communications technology, such as 999 apps, eCall and telematics and enhanced location data, will be highlighted at a 999/Blue Light Seminar on March 20.

The free event, which is supported by the Home Office, the National Policing Data Communications Group and the College of Policing, is open to 999 emergency services staff with control room, planning, investigative or emerging technology roles.

It will take place at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel at Heathrow, London, as part of the annual International Communications Data and Digital Forensics Seminars on March 16 to 20.
