An opportunity has arisen to recruit into Chief Superintendent roles within Greater Manchester Police. The Chief Constable is seeking high performing, resilient Chief Superintendents, or suitably experienced Superintendents seeking promotion.

• Be truly committed and passionate about the service provided to the public of Greater Manchester

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have achieved the rank of Chief Superintendent or have at least 12 months in the substantive rank of Superintendent the support of your line manager.


• Not have any live written warnings, final written warnings or extended final written warnings under the Police (Conduct) Regs. 2020


• Pass the required vetting and medical checks prior to appointment.

Officers who were unsuccessful in the 2023 processes are welcome to apply.
