The Ministry of Defence has a vacancy for GDP Police Constables
Essential Qualifications / Experience include:
5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics (applicants who do not have the required qualifications will be required to sit an entry exam)
Valid Category B licence
For UK Applicants only – you will need to provide a Driving Record Summary from DVLA.
Applicants who have resided anywhere else other than Gibraltar must also submit a Basic Disclosure Vetting Certificate (DBS) from the pertinent authorities in the country of residence.
Physically fit and capable of passing an annual fitness test throughout the duration of career within the GDP.
Salary:
£29,606.00 starting salary and rising to a current maximum of £47,743.00 p.a.

Important Dates:
Entrance exam is available for those that do not hold the required qualifications of 5 GCSE or equivalent – date of entrance exam Monday 16th March 2026.
Selection weekend will take place on 21st and 22nd March 2026.
