Opportunities for Superintendent/Detective Superintendent

Starting salary: National Superintendent payscale plus £2,750 South East allowance (or other housing rent allowance)

We are recruiting for suitably qualified Chief Inspectors/Detective Chief Inspectors who are eligible for promotion and Superintendents/Detective Superintendents who wish to join us as a level transfer.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that will support victims, reduce violence, enhance visibility and protect the most vulnerable within our society.

You will demonstrate a true commitment to developing a diverse, empowered and enthusiastic workforce which meets the needs of policing both now and in the future, while ensuring a strong public service ethic and an absolute commitment to fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality.

Assessment centres are currently scheduled between 8th October to 24th October 2025.
