Officer charged in connection with counter corruption investigation

A serving Thames Valley Police officer has been charged in connection with a corruption investigation.

PC Jonathan Fallon, 21, who is based at Milton Keynes police station, was charged with one count of corrupt/improper exercise of police powers and privileges by a constable.

The force said charges relate to a series of incidents between August 4 and November 9 2023 at various locations and relates to allegations of engaging in an improper relationship with a woman.

The charges followed an investigation by Thames Valley Police’s Counter Corruption Unit.

PC Fallon is currently suspended from duties and is due to appear before Luton Magistrates’ Court on December 9.
