A new portable device for extracting evidentially-sound data from mobile digital devices, SIM and media cards has been launched by hi-tech digital intelligence and evidence gathering specialists Radio Tactics.

Aceso Field gives officers on the front line instant access to all the benefits of the company’s flagship tool Aceso, which has until now been an office-based tool. Weighing only 1.1kg, this new rugged, portable version of Aceso can be used in the field and with its rapid extraction times it offers users immediate, actionable evidence. The simple-to-use device features touchscreen technology; a 7in sunlight readable screen; complete, detailed acquisition audit trail with all data AES encrypted; and critical detail logging, including time and date, geotagging, make and model of device used.
